HER, by Spike Jonze: can there be 10-star reviews?

This was without a doubt one of the greatest films I’ve seen in years.  Yes, I’m a sucker for romantic “comedy” type films.  Annie Hall?  Manhattan? Hannan and Her Sisters? Those rank as some of my all-time favorite films, the kind of films that drew to me make films in the first place.  And recently there has been a flurry of some exceptional additions to that legacy of gut-punch beauty: Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind; 500 Days of Summer; Celeste and Jesse Forever; Ruby Sparks … and now you can add HER to that list of excellence and inspiration.
